Fire Risk Assessments
A fire risk assessment is a legal requirement for all non-domestic premises in England and Wales under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. We carry out thorough, site-specific assessments that identify hazards, evaluate risks to people, and give you everything you need to demonstrate compliance.
What we assess

- Means of escape, travel distances, and emergency routes
- Fire detection and warning systems
- Fire-fighting equipment and its condition
- Compartmentation, fire doors, and structural fire protection
- Existing management arrangements and staff training
What you get
- A written fire risk assessment report in plain English
- A prioritised action plan with clear recommendations
- Risk ratings for each finding so you know what to tackle first
- Guidance on your ongoing fire safety management obligations
- A document you can show to insurers, auditors, or the fire authority
- Assessment carried out by a Level 4-qualified fire risk assessor
Required for all non-domestic premises. We specialise in care homes, schools, clinical settings, offices, retail units, and HMOs.
Service 02
Health & Safety Inspections and Risk Assessments
Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, any business with five or more employees is legally required to have a written health and safety risk assessment. All of our assessors are trained to a minimum of Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety and are members of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) — so you can be confident your assessment is carried out by a qualified professional. Our inspections and risk assessments give you a clear, practical picture of your current compliance position — assessing your workplace against relevant legislation and HSE guidance, identifying gaps, and providing a prioritised action plan so you know exactly what needs to be done and in what order.
What we inspect and assess
- General workplace conditions and housekeeping
- Manual handling, slips, trips, and falls risks
- COSHH — hazardous substances and their management

More ways we can help
Additional Health & Safety Services
Beyond our core services, we provide a range of health and safety support to help organisations build and maintain a strong compliance culture. Whether you need a one-off piece of work or ongoing consultancy support, we can help.
Health & Safety Audits
A structured, systematic review of your health and safety management system against relevant legislation and HSE guidance. We assess documentation, procedures, and on-the-ground practice — giving you a clear picture of where you are and what needs to improve.
Policy Development & Implementation
We write, review, and update health and safety policies tailored to your organisation and sector. We can also support you with implementation — helping you embed policies into day-to-day operations so they are followed in practice, not just on paper.
Accident Investigation
When an incident occurs, a thorough investigation is essential — both to understand what went wrong and to prevent recurrence. We carry out independent accident investigations, identify root causes, and provide you with a clear report and recommendations.
